Prepare & Enrich is an evidenced-based model which is used in premarital counseling to successfully evaluate each member of the couple's strengths, potential for conflict, and how to avoid pitfalls specific to your relationship moving forward.

Prior to the first session, each member of the couple takes the Prepare and Enrich assessment separately. This assessment takes about 30 minutes to one hour to complete and costs $35. It is important that each person take this assessment separately.

Over approximately 6-8 sessions, the therapist provides highly individualized premarital therapy to the couple based on the results of the assessment.
