About Us

Nicole is an experienced and compassionate therapist who is dedicated to helping you and your family navigate life's challenges. Rather than provide a quick-fix approach, she prefers to spend time understanding her clients' challenges to ensure the concern is fully healed during treatment. Nicole is passionate about including attachment-focused and trauma-informed interventions in all of her work.

Nicole received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Child and Family Studies from Baylor University and her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver. During graduate school she specialized in perinatal mental health as well as families with young children. Nicole has also trained for two additional post-graduate years at the Denver Family Institute honing her skills in couples and family therapy. Nicole holds a Certificate in Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International.

Nicole uses a highly relational approach to therapy which includes use of Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Structural Family Therapy, Circle of Security Parenting, Gestalt Therapy, and Systems Theory. 

 

When Nicole is not with clients, she loves the outdoors, travel, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her son and husband.
